Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of aioscoach.pro and the services provided by AIOS Coach, a brand of Life Financial Group Corporation ("AIOS Coach," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the site or engaging our services (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms.
1. The Services
AIOS Coach provides done-for-you AI automation, marketing and operations systems for local and service businesses and for licensed insurance agents, including AI receptionists, lead capture, CRM setup, automations, review requests, local SEO, content, scheduling, and related deliverables. Specific deliverables and timelines are described at signup or in your order.
2. Text messaging (SMS) program
When you opt in through the consent checkbox in our website chat widget, by giving verbal consent during a phone call with us, or by texting our business number first, you agree to receive text messages from AIOS Coach at the number you provided. These include replies to your inquiry, appointment confirmations and reminders, and, only if you separately consent, promotional messages about our services. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You'll receive one confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Your mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, and is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
3. Fees & billing
- Setup fees are one-time and due before build begins unless otherwise agreed.
- Monthly retainers are billed in advance and recur until canceled.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Cancellation
Monthly plans are month-to-month and may be canceled with 30 days' notice. Upon cancellation, automated content and services stop; assets already delivered (your CRM account, website, and published content) remain yours.
5. Client responsibilities
- Provide timely access, credentials, and accurate information needed to deliver the Services.
- Hold and maintain all licenses required to conduct your insurance business.
- Review content before publication and ensure it meets the compliance and carrier requirements applicable to you and your jurisdiction.
6. Compliance & no guarantees
Content produced is general educational information, not individualized insurance, financial, tax, or legal advice. We do not guarantee specific results, lead volume, revenue, or rankings. You are solely responsible for regulatory compliance related to your license and marketing.
7. Intellectual property
Templates, systems, and tooling we use to deliver the Services remain our property. Deliverables created specifically for you become yours upon full payment. You grant us a limited license to use your brand assets solely to perform the Services.
8. Third-party platforms
The Services rely on third-party platforms (e.g., CRM, email, hosting, social networks). Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIOS Coach is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate the Services for non-payment or breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
11. Changes & governing law
We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which AIOS Coach is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
